The Women's Center Counseling Staff supports UVA students' psychological health, well-being, and trauma recovery. Counseling services are available to students 18 years or older either in-person or through a secure telehealth program. They provide confidential group and individual counseling to students free of charge. Since The Women's Center usually has a waitlist for new clients seeking individual counseling, they provide referrals to therapists in the Charlottesville area and guidance on how to seek a therapist near you as well.
