These in-person Night Owl Yoga classes hosted by the Contemplative Sciences Center (CSC) are free for students and are open to everyone with an UVA Recreation's gym membership including all UVA students, faculty, staff, and community members.
All levels are welcome including those who have no prior yoga experience. Mats are provided.
Counseling and Psychological Services is offering a mindfulness meditation hour this Fall semester. The meditation hour is open to all UVA students looking for a way to engage in mindfulness practices in a safe and supportive space. No previous experience is required. The session will begin with a brief introduction, followed by mindfulness practice and debriefing.

Join UVA Sustainability in the UVA Student Garden this semester! Every Wednesday and Friday, we'll be doing various garden tasks such as watering plants, weeding, mulching, planting seeds, and harvesting produce.
The garden is located at the corner of Alderman and McCormick roads, across from OHill Dining Hall.
